Fees & Subsidies

If you are planning to attend, please pay both membership and conference fees (default payment, see below). 

If you are not attending but have become member on an earlier meeting, please do not forget to pay your membership fee nevertheless, to keep your membership valid. Otherwise, you will be deleted from the mailing list, will have to update yourself about any upcoming events and, having lost membership, will have to apply “from scratch” if you consider becoming a member again in the future. Please think of it as an act of solidarity that will allow EURAMAL to continue its activities.

Membership fee (valid 2026-2027)

Payment of membership fee entitles to participation in EURAMAL activities, among which also the 2026 meeting.

Conference fee

This fee covers registration, welcome drink, tea, coffee & snacks, and lunch during the whole conference, as well as the non-alcoholic parts of the official conference dinner.

Listener only (without coffee, meals, etc.): 45 € 

You will receive a receipt for your payment during the meeting in St Andrews. (If you are not attending and only pay your membership fee, please let me know, so I may send you a confirmation of payment by e-mail.) 

Subsidy for ETA and regular visa 

  • Student participants (with paper) will get fully reimbursed for their Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) (on provision of payment receipt) 
  • Participants (with paper) who require a regular UK Visa instead of a simple ETA will get fully reimbursed for any visa they may need (on provision of payment receipt)
